One hundred five dollars, flat — Ring or Nest, wired or battery. Includes connecting to your builder pre-wire, chime and transformer check, brick drilling if your entry needs it, and full app setup with motion zones before we leave.
Usually, yes — most Frisco builders since 2018 rough in doorbell wiring and a transformer that can handle a video doorbell. We verify the voltage first, because some builders spec the minimum and a video doorbell will brown-out the chime. If the transformer is undersized we swap it during the same visit.
Ring if you are an Alexa house, Nest if you live in Google Home, and for Apple households we will set your doorbell up to announce through Sonos or HomePod. Tell us what app your family already uses and we will match the doorbell to it — not the other way around.
Yes — doorbell announcements through Alexa, Google, and (via the right setup) Sonos zones are part of the install. Big two-story Frisco homes are exactly where a hallway chime is not enough.
