Is the Cognito app free to download?
Yes. Cognito Media Services is free to download from the Apple App Store for iPhones running iOS 17 or later. You pay only for the installation services you choose to schedule.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No. The app opens immediately into the service catalog and booking flow. You can consult the Install Advisor, review pricing, and reserve your installation without creating an account or password.
What services can I book inside the app?
You can book all of Cognito’s core services: TV wall mounting on drywall, brick, stone, or fireplaces; in-wall wire concealment; surround sound and home theater calibration; smart home device sync; and hardwired security camera installations.
How does project status tracking work?
Once your installation is reserved, the Projects tab provides a progress timeline through each milestone: Booked, Confirmed, Technician Assigned, Scheduled, In Progress, and Completed.
What areas does Cognito service?
