When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service interest, and project details. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide a quote for our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to service inquiries, provide quotes, schedule installations, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, Cognito Media Services may send SMS messages about your quote request, appointment scheduling, project updates, service reminders, and occasional service offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS consent, phone numbers, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Our Mobile App

The Cognito Media Services iOS app can be used without an account. If you choose to create an account, we verify your identity with your phone number and collect your name and email address to manage your profile and appointments. Account data is stored securely with Google Firebase.

With your consent, we may send you push notifications and marketing emails about offers and services. You can opt out of marketing emails using the toggle in your app profile or the unsubscribe link in any email, and disable push notifications in your device Settings at any time.

If you claim an in-app offer by providing your email address, we store that email to deliver the offer and, with your consent, occasional promotions.

If you grant location permission, the app uses your precise location only while open — to show your position on the map and to attach your service address to a booking request so we can dispatch the nearest installer. We never access your location in the background. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings.

The app's AI assistant runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence — your questions are never sent to our servers. The AR preview feature uses your camera on-device only; no camera imagery is recorded, stored, or transmitted.

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app, or by contacting us below.

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. This data is anonymized and used only to improve our website experience.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
