Yes. Most hotel work is phased so the lobby and meeting spaces stay usable. Overnight and pre-open windows are standard, and we coordinate with the GM and chief engineer before the first cart hits the loading dock.

Yes. We install to franchise brand standards and to the AV specs your PIP (Property Improvement Plan) requires. Bring the spec sheet — we quote against it and hand back documentation the brand inspector will accept.

Ceiling-recessed or short-throw laser projection, motorized screens, distributed line-array or ceiling audio, a wireless mic system, HDMI/USB-C floor boxes, house DSP, and a lectern input. Portable breakout kits are available for room-in-room events.

Only full-service and luxury brands with PMS integration require commercial displays with Pro:Idiom or LYNK. Limited-service and select-service properties usually do better with 4K TVs plus casting at a fraction of the cost. We quote both so you can compare before deciding.

Site walk within a week, scoped proposal within 48 hours of the walk, and install scheduling built around your operations calendar. Emergency replacement of a failed ballroom projector or lobby display — same week whenever possible.

Yes. Texas low-voltage contractor license, bonded, with $2M general liability and workers comp. COI issued to your property management company or GC on request, usually same day.
