Do you actually quote from a phone photo?
Yes. Send a picture of the wall and a picture of the TV box if it is still sealed. We count studs, surface, outlet location, and screen size from the image. We will text you back a number, not a range. If your wall is unusual we ask one or two follow ups first.
Can you come out on Sunday?
Yes. We run a Sunday crew from 8:30am to 9pm. Football season Sundays fill first so text early in the morning if you want a same day slot. Game day slots are not a marketing line. They are limited.
Do you take Zelle?
Zelle, Apple Pay, all major cards, and checks for repeat clients. No deposit required on standard mounts. You pay when the install passes the level check at your wall, not before.
I rent. Will my landlord be okay with two holes?
Most Dallas landlords accept it because we only place two structural anchor holes. When you move out, book the un-mount with us and we patch and repaint both holes free. Bring the matching paint sample if you have it.
Will my Sonos Beam or Arc fit under the TV?
If your TV is 65 inches or larger the Beam and Arc both clear under a standard fixed mount. Smaller TVs sometimes need a thin tilt mount. We do the math from the photo before you book so there are no surprises.
My wall is metal studs or plaster lath. Is that a problem?
No. Metal studs are common in newer DFW builds. We mount on them daily using self drilling anchors rated for the TV weight. Plaster lath in older Highland Park and M Streets homes needs a heavier anchor pattern but is fully doable. The photo tells us which one you have.
What happens if the install is wrong?
We come back. Free. Inside 90 days we re-mount, re-level, or re-route wires until you sign off. No restocking fees. No return shipping. No phone tree. Texas licensed, bonded, $2M insured.
